AiPlay is an interactive learning platform designed to help users understand artificial intelligence concepts through engaging games and educational content. Our primary objective is to deliver a meaningful learning experience while respecting user privacy and ensuring the security of user data at all times.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. AiPlay collects only the minimum amount of information required to provide its core features and ensure smooth functionality of the app. We do not collect unnecessary or excessive personal data.
When you create an account on AiPlay, we may collect basic account information such as a username, email address, and password. This information is used solely for account creation, authentication, personalization, and password recovery purposes. Passwords are securely encrypted and are never stored in plain text.
AiPlay may collect information related to your app usage and learning progress, including game scores, levels completed, achievements, features accessed, and time spent on various activities. This data helps us track learning progress, improve app features, and enhance the overall user experience. The collected usage data does not directly identify individual users.
We may also collect limited device-related information such as device type, operating system version, and app version. This information is used strictly for compatibility checks, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
AiPlay requires an active internet connection to function properly. Internet access is used to retrieve educational content, synchronize user progress, display leaderboards, and communicate with backend services. The app does not monitor or track users’ general internet activity beyond what is necessary for app functionality.
AiPlay uses Google Firebase and Firestore services to support essential application functionality, including user authentication, secure storage of learning progress and scores, leaderboard management, and content delivery.
Firebase processes data in accordance with Google’s privacy policies, available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy .
AiPlay uses the jsDelivr Content Delivery Network (CDN) (https://cdn.jsdelivr.net) to deliver video content for certain educational levels within the app. CDN services help improve performance, reliability, and loading speed by distributing content across global servers.
When you access levels that include video content, your device connects directly to jsDelivr servers to download and stream the videos. As part of standard CDN operations, jsDelivr may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information. This data is handled in accordance with jsDelivr’s own privacy and data-handling practices.
AiPlay includes a leaderboard feature to encourage friendly competition among users. Usernames and corresponding scores or achievements may be displayed publicly. Sensitive personal information such as email addresses and passwords is never displayed publicly.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Sensitive information is encrypted during transmission and storage. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
AiPlay may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, jsDelivr and other infrastructure providers. These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users are encouraged to review: Google Play Services and Firebase
User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide app services. If a user requests account deletion, personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
AiPlay does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact us for assistance.
Users have the right to access their personal data, request corrections, request deletion of their account, and manage privacy preferences where applicable.
